In my family, we've always put up our Christmas decorations the day or weekend after Thanksgiving. Dr. Alan Farahani and his undergraduate researchers, Lydia Wolfe and Carlos Romo-Caballero make up the Farahani Lab of Archaeobotany at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and study the archaeological remains of ancient agriculture and what those remains mean anthropologically.
